Brad’s Wine Pick of the Week

bradspickofweekAlysian Rochioli

Alysian Rochioli Pinot Noir

From the Famous Gary Farrell, who has been specializing in Pinot Noir for over 40 years, this excellent Pinot is sourced from the most Prestigious Vineyard in Russian River Valley, the Rochioli Vineyard. This incredibly small production Pinot Noir has aromas and flavours of bright red fruits with a subtle floral tones of lavender, and a finish that will leave you begging for more. Truly one of my favorites.

Brad’s Wine Pick

Jana Cathedral

Truly excited to have this wine back on the wall! This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Carpenter Ranch in St. Helena has a case production of only 306 six packs. It is ages 31 months in French Oak to produce a well-structured, chewy, firm wine with a aromas and tastes of violets and mint, and a long, full finish. If you need any excuse to make it to the GenuWine this week this will definitely suffice.  Capture34343

Kiona Cabernet Sauvignonbradspickofweek

From Washington State this Cabernet Sauvignon, which made the region famous for over thirty years now is a true testament to the quality of Washington State and its position as one of the world’s leading Cabernet producing regions. This suave, polished Cabernet Sauvignon showcases dark plum and clove on the palate, which are balanced nicely by aromas of black tea, smoke, and earth. A velvety mouthfeel and grippy tannins underpin the elegant flavor profile.
