Bordeaux and BBQ

Wines from France pair beautifully with food, especially grilled and smoky foods! Come join us for a pairing of four French wines served with a great example of Texas BBQ! This special tasting will be done by Jay Dillard with Global Medallion Distributors. Jay has his WSET I and II certifications and looks forward to sharing his expertise with you. Price $50 per person and $45 for wine club members. Seating is limited to 24 people.

Menu:
*Grilled citrus shrimp and grilled melon salad will awaken your pallet when paired with a dry and crisp Muscadet.
*Smoked pork tenderloin and green apple slaw is complimented with our bright and lively Beaujolais Village
*Brisket rolls and bacon potato salad pairs beautifully with an earthy and smoky Bordeaux.
*French croissant rosette served with grilled peaches, honey and vanilla ice cream finishes off the pairings with a delicate and elegant Bordeaux Blanc
